Ⅰ. Encoder Basic Requirements (Video Output & Mask Issue)

1. Windows Users (x264 Encoder Settings)

Ⅱ. Align Image Quality and Performance (Fix Mosaic, Blurriness, and Low Frame Rate)

Ⅲ. Common Issues and Troubleshooting

If you encounter any of the following issues during your test stream, please follow the logic in this section to troubleshoot them yourself first.

1. Mask Issue (Stream Output Not Visible)

• Incorrect Stream Key: Please check whether you are using the latest stream key and ensure there are no extra spaces in the input field.

• Incorrect Output Settings: Check the core parameters on the [Output] page. Windows streamers must ensure that threads=1 is entered, and Mac streamers should confirm that B-frames are unchecked.

2. Clarity Issue (Blurry Video / Mosaic)

• Insufficient Bitrate: Check whether the bitrate value in the [Output] interface is too low.

• Insufficient Output (Scaled) Resolution: Check whether the “Output (Scaled) Resolution” in the [Video] interface is set lower than 1920×1080.

3. Audio Issues (Echo/Clipping)

• Echo: Please turn off the audio from your own live room.

• Clipping: Please mute any audio in the OBS mixer that is in the red zone.
