Why Does the Wallet Have Two Addresses?
The reason for having two different wallet addresses relates to the underlying technology of the seven supported blockchains: Arbitrum, Base, BSC, Solana, Ethereum, X Layer, and Polygon.
Solana's underlying technology differs from that of the other six blockchains, which are all Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible. This fundamental difference requires the wallet to generate two distinct addresses (one for Solana and one shared among the EVM-compatible chains).

6. Security Issues
How Can I Protect My Personal Account on the Billion Platform?
1. Private Key Instructions
Billion.live adheres to the principle of “non-custodial”. We enable convenient login methods such as social accounts and wallets through Privy technology; however, your private key or seed phrase is the sole credential that grants control over your on-chain assets.
Independence: Exporting your private key means that even if this platform or third-party service providers (such as Privy) discontinue their services, you can still recover and use your assets in any other wallet (e.g., MetaMask).
Absolute Control: Only the holder of the private key has full ownership and control over the assets.
A private key typically consists of a long random string of characters, or a mnemonic phrase made up of 12–24 English words.
If it is accidentally deleted: It is like losing the key to a safe—the funds inside will be permanently inaccessible, and we will not be able to help you recover them.
If it is accidentally leaked: It is like leaving the key on the door—anyone can transfer your funds.
2. How to Export Safely? (Operation Guidelines)
Before clicking "Show Private Key" or "Copy," please ensure you perform the following security checks:
Environment Check: Make sure there are no cameras around, and no one is watching you from behind.
Network Check: Do not perform this operation on public Wi-Fi (e.g., in cafes or airports).
Device Check: Ensure your computer or phone is not infected with malware and has no suspicious plugins installed.
3. How to Store Safely? (Survival Rules)
To ensure the safety of your assets, please strictly follow these principles:
Recommended Storage Methods (Cold Storage)
[Preferred] Physical Backup (Paper and Pen): Write down your private key/seed phrase neatly on paper, verify it carefully, and store it in a fireproof and waterproof safe location (such as a safe deposit box). This is the most effective way to prevent hacker attacks.
[Secondary Option] Physical Backup (Metal Plate): For large amounts of assets, we recommend engraving your seed phrase on a metal plate, which is resistant to corrosion and fire.
[Alternative Option] Offline Digital Backup: Store your private key on a USB drive or an old phone that will never be connected to the internet.
Absolutely Prohibited Methods (High-Risk Behaviors)
Do not take screenshots or photos: Mobile photo albums can be easily synced to the cloud or accessed by malicious apps.
Do not store in WeChat/Telegram/email folders: These communication tools are not secure for storing confidential information and can be easily exposed if your account is compromised.
Do not leave it on the clipboard for too long: Many malicious programs monitor your clipboard and will upload the data immediately after it is copied.
4. Common Scam Alerts
Impersonating Customer Service: Official customer service from Billion.live, Discord administrators, or Privy technicians will never ask you for your private key under the guise of “account verification” or “risk control removal.” Any request for your private key is 100% a scam.
Phishing Websites: Do not enter your private key on any unknown or suspicious websites.
